RETURNS POLICY
GENERAL RULES
If for any reason you would like to return an item, in accordance with the The European Directive on Distance Selling, we are happy to offer you a refund if the item is sent back up to 14 days from the day of receiving delivery. Please note we do not issue refunds on gift card purchases.
The item must be in the condition it was purchased in:
- with all the original tags attached
- unworn
- unwashed
- not damaged or stained
- without a smell of smoke, body odour, perfume / food.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
OPTION 1: BY POST OR BY COURIER
- Please use the return form you will have received in your delivery – you’ll find it on the other side of your invoice.
- Use a registered delivery/courier service such as An Post. Please note we don’t accept any responsibility for items which are lost / damaged in transit.

- Following inspection, we will send you an email confirming receipt of goods and, if the product meets necessary requirements, you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original postage charge.
- You should expect to see the refund in your account within 3 – 10 working days from receiving this email. If you still haven’t received it after 10 working days please contact us at 0419848200, through WhatsApp at (WhatsApp phone number) or via email at customerservice@huberttullys.ie (hyperlink).
- Please note we do not offer free returns; you are responsible for the full cost of returning any items and this will not be reimbursed.
OPTION 2: RETURN GOODS IN-STORE
- Please use the return form you will have received in your delivery – you’ll find it on the other side of your invoice.
- Take it to any till point in-store along with your order confirmation, and, if the product meets necessary requirements, we will process your refund. Please bring along the debit / credit card, which was used to purchase the goods online.
ITEMS NOT SUITABLE FOR RETURNS
For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to offer exchange or refund on the following products once the original packaging has been opened unless they are misdescribed or faulty:
- Pierced earrings and other pierced body jewellery
- Hosiery and Swimwear
- Quilts, duvets and pillows
- Hats and hair accessories
- Any cut to order products i.e. fabrics, trimmings, oil cloth, curtain net, etc.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If the item you ordered doesn’t fit you, please return the unwanted size and re-order the size you need.
ORDERS CANCELLED BY US
Occasionally due to stock availability we may need to cancel items within your order because we are unable to fulfil it. In this case we will immediately process the refund through the method of payment used by you and we will notify you via email.
FAULTY TEMS POLICY
If you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible via email at customerservice@huberttullys.ie (hyperlink) with your order number and the images of the issue or WhatsApp these photos to (WhatsApp phone number). Our team will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
CHRISTMAS REFUND POLICY
Items purchased for Christmas gifts from December 1st may be returned until January 10th for store credit / gift card only. If the purchase is returned within 14 days our regular return policy applies.
SETTLING DISPUTES
We aim to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and service given by our customer service team. However, if for any reason you are unhappy, please call us at 0419848200 or email us at customerservice@huberttullys.ie (hyperlink) and we will aim to resolve the matter immediately.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
